5b. THE LICENSEE further undertakes to publish the biography and/or photograph of the Writer wherever biographical notes and/or photographs of either members of the cast or the director or the poducer appear in the programme and shall submit any such biography to the Author's agent for approval prior to publication.
6. SHOULD THE LICENSEE fail to fulfil any of the slipulations of this agreement or should the Licensee fail for the space of fifteen (15) days to render the accounts required from the Licensee hereunder or should the Licensee fail to make the payments to the Owner as stipulated herein then the Owner may by registered letter sent to the Licensee at the address hereinabove stated call attention to such failure and if within fourteen (14) days from the registration of such letter the Licensee shall not have made good such failure then all license herein granted shall terminate forthwith but without prejudice to any claim or claims which the Owner may have against the Licensee for payments then due or otherwise.
8. THE LICENSEE shall be responsible for the payments of any fees and royalties due in connection with the translation and adaptation of the said Play into the Polish language whether before or after the first performance of such adaptation. The Licensee shall use his best endeavours to retain in the said adaptation the plot story and spirit of the original play but it is nevertheless specifically agreed between the parties hereto that he shall have the right to make or authorize the making of such changes thereto that in his and/or the adaptor’s opinion are reasonably necessary to facilitate the success of the Play in the above mentioned territories.

5 b. Posiadacz koncesji ponadto podejmuje się wydania biografii i/lub fotografować z Pisarza gdzie notki biograficzne i/lub zdjęcia albo członków obsady albo kierownika albo producenta pojawiają się w programie i nie przedstawić żadnego taka biografia do agenta Autora aprobaty przed publikacją.

6. Posiadaczowi koncesji nie powinno udawać się spełnić któregokolwiek z slipulations z tej zgody albo Posiadacz koncesji powinien bankrutować dla przestrzeni piętnaścia (15) dni do zaprawy konta wymagane od Posiadacza koncesji poniżej albo Posiadaczowi koncesji nie powinno udawać się zarobić zapłaty do Właściciela jak określony w niniejszym piśmie wtedy Właściciel móc według listu poleconego wysłanego do Posiadacza koncesji przy adresie powyżej określona rozmowa telefoniczna uwaga na takie niepowodzenie a jeśli w czternaściu (14) dni z rejestracji takiego listu Posiadacz koncesji nie zrekompensuje takiego niepowodzenia wtedy wszyscy udzielają zezwolenia w niniejszym piśmie przyznany skończyć niezwłocznie ale bez uszczerbku dla jakiegokolwiek twierdzenia albo twierdzeń, które Właściciel może mieć przeciwko Posiadaczowi koncesji za zapłaty wtedy należyty albo inaczej.

8. Posiadacz koncesji będzie odpowiedzialny za zapłaty jakichkolwiek opłat i członków rodziny królewskiej należyty w związku z tłumaczeniem i adaptacją z wskazanej Gry do języka polskiego czy wcześniej albo potem światowa prapremiera takiej adaptacji. Posiadacz koncesji użyje swoich najlepszych dążeń by zachować w wypowiedzianej adaptacji fabuła historia i duch oryginału grają ale to jest niemniej specjalnie zgodzić się między stronami zainteresowanymi, że on będzie mieć prawo robić albo zezwoli na produkcję takich zmian do tego że w jego i/lub adaptator ’ opinia s są słusznie niezbędny ułatwić sukces Gry w wyżej wymienionych terenach wspomniano.
