5b. THE LICENSEE further undertakes to publish the biography and/or photograph of the Writer wherever biographical notes and/or photographs of either members of the cast or the director or the poducer appear in the programme and shall submit any such biography to the Author's agent for approval prior to publication.
6. SHOULD THE LICENSEE fail to fulfil any of the slipulations of this agreement or should the Licensee fail for the space of fifteen (15) days to render the accounts required from the Licensee hereunder or should the Licensee fail to make the payments to the Owner as stipulated herein then the Owner may by registered letter sent to the Licensee at the address hereinabove stated call attention to such failure and if within fourteen (14) days from the registration of such letter the Licensee shall not have made good such failure then all license herein granted shall terminate forthwith but without prejudice to any claim or claims which the Owner may have against the Licensee for payments then due or otherwise.
8. THE LICENSEE shall be responsible for the payments of any fees and royalties due in connection with the translation and adaptation of the said Play into the Polish language whether before or after the first performance of such adaptation. The Licensee shall use his best endeavours to retain in the said adaptation the plot story and spirit of the original play but it is nevertheless specifically agreed between the parties hereto that he shall have the right to make or authorize the making of such changes thereto that in his and/or the adaptor’s opinion are reasonably necessary to facilitate the success of the Play in the above mentioned territories.
6.
