Dear Sir/Madam from Flower Travel Agency,
     I am writting this letter because of inept holidays. Last month I was in Italy, and for today I can't wait for my belonging to me money. Please, give it to me back! My holidays were awfull. On 5th september (the arriving day) my hotel didn't want to give me the keys. In the agreement wa provided accomodation and board. Unfortunatelly, this is a lie! I had to buy everything by myself, so hadn't money for seesighting and souvenirs. I expect to return trip costs by you.

a tu:n the agreement wa provided accomodation and board.
Powinno byc nie wa tylko was.
