I am writing to complain about a staff working in your hotel and a very expensive accomodation. I was in The Milton Hotel from 15th -17th July at my holidays.
The hotel is praise for good conditions and I have a different opinion. First of all a served food was awful. In my opinion it was old. I could not eat it. I had to go to an expensive restaurants.
Secondly I nearly had a heart attack when I saw the bill. I was definitely overcharged, especially for that conditions. When I saw advertisement in the Internet, there were lower prices.
I had to add that the room was what I wanted- spacious and clean. Nevertheless I hope you will give me a full refund of Ł400.
