I decided to start FOLLOWING a healthy lifestyle. Last weekend I ATTENDED A briefing in school. This course WAS organized BY A dietician and TOOK PLACE on Saturday 12 May.
Doctor ) said that THIS IS WHAT we should do:
for example we should avoid stress at home, school or AT work. If we are overweight TO try to follow a sensible diet e.g. reduce calories and cut down ON sweets, cakes, and eat fruit, vegetables BECAUSE THEY contain vitamins, dairy products because they contain calcium. We should avoid fast food such as chips, French fries, hamburgers and pizza, they contain toomuch fat.
What's more we should keep fit and stay in shape so EITHER go jogging or workout in the gym.
In conclusion I think that healthy lifestyle is a good idea because we
have more energy, live longer, feel better and we are happier. I
decided TO do sports AND TO follow A sensible diet.
